I am your local Massage Therapist and Access Consciousness® Bars Facilitator, I am also a Reiki Practitioner. I have been in Practice now for 5 years and took the brave step to go full time in my room last year. Some of you may know me from my retail days at Mitre10, Hammer Hardware or even Spotlight. What you may not know is that I have a hospitality back ground. I also had a Luxury Lodge at Tutukaka before my marriage ended.
My mission statement is To bring Awareness and Harmony to Mind Body and Spirit, using Healing Massage and Access Consciousness® Tools.
To this day I am not quite sure how I ended up applying to do a Diploma in Massage. I studied for 2 years full time with 2 teenage daughters and working weekends but I got there. I went looking for a location that was central and I found it here at the Old Public Trust Building. Over the years it has grown to become a great little hub of Alternative Therapies. I Love It Here 🙂
I love sharing my knowledge with you so that you have a better understanding of how your body functions and together we can release tension and pain with regular massage sessions.
I fell upon Access Consciousness nearly 4 years ago and Oh My what an amazing experience. Life is so much calmer, peaceful and I can go with the flow so much easier (most of the time 😀 ) I love seeing the change this can create in my clients lives as well.
